Scott Wells, a lowly clerk in the offices of railroad magnate David Haldeman, overhears a plot to ruin Haldeman. When circumstance prevents him from warning Haldeman, Wells hatches his own scheme to doublecross the doublecrossers. With the help of Haldeman’s daughter Dorothy, Wells turns the tables on the conspirators. |
