Film is based on imaginary correspondence between Dragutin Trumbetas and genius painter Van Gogh by pictures-letters in which Trubetas identified with a famous, unhappy and misunderstood artist. Film is a story of two artist, two faiths, but also a visual story on Trumbetas’ Turopolje and Posavina on one hand, and Van Gogh’s Netherlands, Provance and Ille de France on the other. |
