Faced with the death of his wife and child, Joe must find forgiveness before his isolation destroys himself. Lakes End, a narrative short, is about Joe. Some months after a tragedy, his friends Bret and Rob take him camping to get him going again. But after his friends disappear one morning, Joe finds himself haunted by a phantom of his wife, and a voice on the wind calling to him. Will Joe escape his fate or accept it? |
