In a small village in the heart of Catalonia, advantage is made of the holiday visit of an ecclesiastical authority to organize a series of talks on the subject of religion and sex in the present day. This splits the village into two warring sides, those for and those against the Congress, and it is only after a tense series of negotiations between the two sides that a consensus is reached. An array of local characters lead the story to its happy ending through a series of comical and satirical situations. |
