Details:

A compilation of archive footage from the 1920’s (known as The Golden Age of Sports) that shows clips of the leading sports figures in America during that decade, including the great race horse “Man O’War” and famed jockey Earle Sande (of Damon Runyon’s “Bootin’ Sande Home” fame). Others shown include baseball players Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig; tennis players Helen Wills, “Big Bill” Tilden and Molla Mallory; football player “Red” Grange and Notre Dame coach Knute Rockne, and famed golfers Gene Sarazen, Bobby Jones and Walter Hagen.
