From their booth, two sports announcers, Thomas and Rune, take us to the bedroom of Stian, on Park Street in Olso, where the big question is, can Stian rouse himself from sleep and get to work on time. Thomas and Rune recap the week: it’s Thursday, and Stian has been late three days’ running. He may lose his job if he doesn’t get there on time today. The alarm sounds at 7 a.m., and the fate of Norway and of Norse identity may hang in the balance. Snooze buttons, instant replay, the lure of Morpheus, flights of stairs, an impatient boss, and false hopes take us right down to the buzzer. Can Stian do it? Highlights and a wrap-up interview end the broadcast. |
