They even made a sequel episode It’s Still a Good Life, with Bill Mumy & Cloris Leachman reprising their roles.
You’re right, this was indeed reminiscent of that kid with the power to “wish it into the cornfield.” (Only this brat here gets ass-kissers and lackeys to do his crazy crap.) One of the scariest episodes ever! And yep, I did see the one with Mumy returning as an adult, with his real-life child playing the new deadly tot LOL. Thanks for the link; I can enjoy it again!
