I am half way through this series and it has definitely held my interest. There are enough twists and turns that I have not figured it out yet. With Cush Jumbo in the lead, what’s not to like?

Finally watched and finished all of this. Wow, it was like going from season 1 of LOST, directly to the last. What a weird trip. I agree with just about every review I see- the first season was great and full of mystery and intrigue. The second season was full of cringe and “no, please stop” scenes.

Here is more information on the spinoff……Robert Taylor is set to play a recurring role in CBS’ new series, NCIS: Origins. Taylor who is best known for playing Sheriff Walt Longmire on the Wyoming crime drama Longmire for six seasons will play Jackson Gibbs, the strict father of Leroy “Jethro” Gibbs in Origins, which is set to premiere during the 2024-25 television season. Mark Harmon played Jethro in the original NCIS series, which featured the late Ralph Waite as Jackson. Austin Stowell is set to play the role of young Jethro in the upcoming NCIS prequel, which takes place in the 1990s. Harmon will narrate the show, which will co-star Kyle Schmid, Mariel Molino, Diany Rodriguez, Tyla Abercrumbie, Daniel Bellomy and Caleb Martin Foote.

For those of you wishing for more, give Mr. Sunshine a try here or Netflix. It’s an epic tale in Korea and you will learn a lot about the Japanese/US/French/English grab for land after our civil war in the background while loyalty, honor and romance take the lead.

its just six episodes not much to change there.

What they don’t tell you about is the hundreds of freelancers and artists brought together to make the opening (and Met Gala in general) possible. Lots and Lots of wage theft, abuse, retaliation etc. from experience, not speculation.

I am so lost and confused and the preview of the finale makes me think it will only get worse.

wonder if the water tower in this episode (6x9) is the same water tower from the Teen walking Dead show? Is this taking place after and it’s been destroyed? I am so confused about that timeline and where it lines up to this show and the other and I’m waiting for crossover clues.

I binged the latest season and I can’t help but notice that often in the “previous episode” there’s a clip from a scene that I didn’t see. I wonder if they use clips that were cut from the final edit?

Try not to gasp in unison but I just read NBC has cancelled this series. Why does NBC keep buying slow burners if they are just going to can the show right when it starts getting good? It’s become a cliche at this point.

Great to know. I just watched the 2nd epi & it was just as riveting. All the characters are intriguing due to the acting. There’s also some unexpected humor too sprinkled throughout. Despite knowing all the pieces (or thinking that I do, we’ll see) the storytelling really keeps you in suspense. There’s always surprises right around the corner in the Fargo universe though.

I didn’t see HTGAWM, but everybody in Scandal was focked up in the head. Not a sane one amongst them, but that’s just the government. Gabi is f’d up due to childhood trauma, and she’s definitely devolving right now. What is strange is she finally escaped from Sir, but then captured him and imprisoned him. It’s like she doesn’t want to be free of him. A sort of mysterious love-hate relationship. Can we say “addicted to drama?”

It’s better than the first but overall it’s very disgusting and overly gross at times for no reason other than shock value. If anything it wastes screen time.

I can’t remember much of what I watched.

This episode was so over the top cheesy and over dramatic. It was like a Hallmark show. And that was the creepiest fake baby! I thought it was dead for the first few seconds and she was going to wake up in a fever dream. Then they took like 87365329 angles of the fake baby in the episode. Newborns are weird looking but that thing was a child of Gollum..
