Well, it’s pretty much just another Scream movie for bad or good. Depends mainly on if you still like slashers or care about franchise anymore because it really doesn’t differentiate enough with each sequel. Truthfully, I found the motive real stupid this time. I do like how it’s self aware just enough to be a complete parody of the genre with many Scream movies or even other shows to come.

Man, that first episode was really good. Hope they keep it up.

And for the love of Morena, please tv overlords, STOP cancelling all her shows! I’m still mad about the cancellations of Firefly and V.

Offcourse i did. I made this comment because 3 episodes into the second season and it seems they’re already deviating from the premise they set towards the end of the first season.
Perhaps i’m just impatient at this point.

yup, another great show canceled before its time. It wasn’t the the most original of shows but it was very entertaining.

Lmaooo, no real fans of the show in this comment section, just a bunch of randoms complaining about an episode they “didn’t know about”… even though the whole segment of “Another One Bites the Dust” was used as a teaser for this episode during DC Fandome in September. The real fanbase knew it was coming and complained about it back then. Anyone who does it now in these comments is 8 months too late.

Someone even actually called it “unexpected” 😂😂 It was very expected since it was announced last year, and considering the fact that Tom Ellis sings or plays piano multiple times per season.

Stupidest thing is that people are treating it like the entire 60 minutes were done to music. 8 songs, that’s 24 minutes at the most, since not all the songs were done in their entirety.

What a time for this movie to premiere.

Embarrassing Tripe.

Don’t call it or even related it to Kung Fu the series because if anything, it’s an embarrassment to it. Create something on your own instead of water down and cheapen a great show while trying to profit off it’s name.

This is like eating cheese popcorn vs steak and lobster. They’re using every rerun cliché, there’s nothing original here while wrapping it in demeaning Chinese culture.
From using the family traditions of Chinese families to the martial arts, it’s almost like they’re making a parody yet trying to be serious about it.
3 years training, really? I trained for many years in martial arts and at 3 years you’re a guppy.
And the gay brother, ex boyfriend who happens to be within law enforcement, a female lead, a family owned restaurant, the use of the community being ignorant traditionalists to the Chinese ‘Triads’….how lazy and offensive.

Olivia Liang, the main character is the only half decent thing about this show. Tzi Ma is reduced to a caricature of a Chinese father and too bad, he’s a terrific actor.
They not only tried to go ‘PC’ yet by reducing this to a joke they’ve embarrassed not only a once good series yet the Chinese culture.
What an utter embarrassment.

They can’t put a show together in a month so yeah it is.
However it’s just what it sounds like. White dudes trying to be relevant by making shows about Asian Americans.
Watch Warrior instead.

For those who don’t know why this isn’t in the featured list. To be in the featured list, the movie needs to have a theatrical release. Any movie released to theatre can end up on that list, those that do not get released in a theatre can not go there. This is how it was explained to myself a while back, hope that helps.

MMm,mmm, powerful flick. This one flew under the radar. I appreciate the fact that it didn’t spend part of its run time taking us through the viciousness of police brutality we all know that happens, and instead got right into to the film. The fact this kind of film making is still relevant in this way in 2021 is troubling but what can you say, IT IS WHAT IT IS. Sidenote: I don’t recall seeing a Netflix tag on this one, so why would it not get a feature spot?

Stargirl has better writing and casting. It does a better job of handling PC snowflake social issues that Batwoman doesn’t. I get you don’t like Stargirl but don’t come here posting nonsensical comments just so you can be part of the “conversation” cause your too scared to go outside.

well boba fett was really the bad guy(sorta, more like just a bounty hunter that was a bad ass that only cared about getting money any way necessary from bounties, but did hang around the bad guys to obtain info to do his job) and his son/clone was also following in his dads(or his older self) footsteps.. but im not 100 on if mandalorians are actually all bad or not :\

Ifn they weren’t getting the figures they wanted, they would have let it die - what with the lead leaving and the covid pox on the world. TV executives are cut-throat bottom line types. Who knows - season 2 could be much better with a change of lead. The same haters will be on complaining, they didn’t like gay batwoman so black batwoman is going to roast their noggins. If only we could recast the haters, get some old school ones in who hate the catholics and the Irish…
