People should be who ever they want, but why does every show try to push it down the public throat. Is there a point these show want to make. We can so we will.

Ah. Way it was described was a fungus, yes, that was mutated from covid, or at least the people that I know that were talking about it. Could well be that they were mistaken in that. Some of them are known for talking a bit as they watch, so could be they missed something, or maybe read that into it?

I myself never bothered with a mask or ever changed anything I did any more then I actually had to, I always figured that when my time came, it would come, and not until then. Nothing can stop it when it does. I do feel bad for all of the people that were separated from family and friends and such when they got sick and were in the hospital though, and weren’t allowed to see them or spend time with them, even or especially at the end.

I always thought that that was very cruel and unnecessary. I have since then lost all respect for the medical profession, as it seems to me they have no empathy at all for the patients in their care or their families.

Ooohhhh….! Doubt they will go that dark, however….they might go with something like the brother that has powers being a bit batshit, and having daddy issues winding up on Luthor’s side. Might wind up dead eventually. Other son might wind up with powers of his own and be the one that takes him out, trying to save one of the rents. Just a thought.

Mistborn is absolutely not affiliated with Jordan or The Wheel of Time in ant way shape or form. Mistborn is quite literally the worst trilogy of books I’ve ever read. If youre looking for a great fantasy series, look nor further than Joe Abercrombie’s First Law trilogy. If any fantasy series should be adapted to film its this series.

Really? I thought that Sanderson was masterful in utilizing Jordans style and his own..I barely noticed tbh..at least, nothing that took away from the story or how I percieved it as I read. I guess its all in the eye of the beholder ;) Cheers man

It was an interesting first episode, but it brought up more questions than it answered. Theses people are STARTING with the tools that our ancestors had, and the knowledge of how to use them. If you believe that our predecessors crawled out of the ocean, or climbed down from trees, who TAUGHT them to make, and use these tools? Did they GUESS? LOL! Trial and error? The people in this series are having trouble EATING…SURVIVING…and they have a BIG advantage! They have been well nourished their whole lives, and should be superior, mentally, AND physically. Was there some generational, or epochal Einstein that led the way for our forbears?

I had very little interest in or hope for this show. Give how Superman has been treated as a character by the CW and the whole family dynamic thing. I watched a review by someone who’s opinion I generally trust and I have to say Im surprised very pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The production level and the writing are all quite good. Im just about to watch the third episode and really looking forward to it. If you were on the fence about watching this or like me had no interest give it a go. You might find yourself liking it.

They butchered the theme/soundtrack, why does Chief keep taking off his helmet? and noone cares about Kwan, she needs to go die ASAP. Otherwise, it’s decent… needs lots more fighting and battle scenes.

If i understood you correctly, are you saying that it is based in the WoT universe where the bad guys won instead of the good guys? Its based on the same world and characters? I am most curious now because i have been looking for a new fantasy series to dig my teeth into and its difficult to find GOOD High Fantasy writers and a good story..i just finished The Sword of Truth series and it was amazing!

I don’t watch Anime, but being an Aries, I had to check it out based on the name. I’m still trying to figure out what Mars has to do with ANY of this, but I’m only 3 episodes in… So far it’s VERY misleading, and also extremely slow…

It’s one thing to boycott a company and never buy their product again, but destroying stuff that you obviously like, you paid good money for it, has got to be the stupidest form of protest.

Well I put it off due to mixed reviews and not having a 4 hour window to watch but got round to it last night. Simply put fantastic. Major improvement on the theatrical release Far more depth and character work. You can see why Ray Fisher was so pissed at WB for how much the original cut of his work. I didnt think I’d be saying this but I hope they let Zack do a sequel. It’s well deserved. If you were on the fence about this jump right in bud.

The negative reviews put me off watching this but tv is a bit quiet at the moment so I gave it a go yesterday. So it’s not like the movie. So it’s a little cheesey at times but entertaining nonetheless and worth checking out.

Would a person had to of watched Breaking Bad to go on to this? Or is it one you can dive in to?
