I’m all about equality, egalitarianism, and never thought it was right or fair to punish those who are the descendants of those who did wrong. For the kaylons, it seems that time is irrelevant, considering that Issac Newton was a genius for somebody of his time. As time goes on, people learn and (hopefully) evolve. We evolve from experiences and knowledge, whereas kaylons have specified programming, as in a specific way of seeing and doing things. This series does star rather slow and I almost gave up on it but stick with it, at least to the mid way point of episode two, and the fight scenes coupled with the intriguing lore will pull you in. It has an excellent/infuriating way of dangling just enough to leave you anticipating next weeks episode.

one of the best football flicks ever made and stands beside Playmakers as possibly the realest inside look at the NFL. Their’s a reason those two weren’t graced with the rights to team names, they hit a little to close to home.

Take notice, if ur a fan of real acting then u owe it to yourself to see this. Hardy carries this whole movie and places himself at the top of the craft with his performance. I had seen him do Bane and Bronson but this really caused me to seek out his movies and take notice.

Love this series, Done quite well all around. Writing, Acting, Production. Highly recommend. I hope in later a season down the road we see some intertwining of Stories/characters from these early seasons. Lots they can do with this Stephen King Universe that’s for sure.

This is great and done by Blume house. Masters of horror. It is a horror anthology series with each month a new episode focusing on that months holliday if possible. Some episodes are better than others but overall a great series I look forward to. Oh, and each episode is about 2 hours long, they are actually movies.

It’s absolutely product placement. As I stated in previously, I’ve seen Star Wars stuff in some of the shows that I regularly watch over the last few days.

The episode was less than mediocre and the story was ridiculous. It felt completely out of place. It’s way too obvious.

As stated, I have not seen The 100 and have no desire to see it; so my knowledge of any character in the show is entirely lacking. Including that of naming a female character with a traditionally male name.. Assuming that I was seeking a fight was incorrect and so with that I bid you goodnight and goodbye.

I never watched The 100 nor have I ever cared to, so I can not complain about his having a girlfriend - my comments about she would have to be gay in the instance of this television series is that they are basing it off the 2006 (to present) comics and if they were to change that piece of information the backlash would have been also over news sites and gossip blogs galore. People are only complaining now because it’s a lesbian fronted show where the lead does not hide their sexuality. The actress Ruby Rose (who plays Batwoman/Kate Kane) has actually left social media sites like Twitter because first she was seen as to gay and then when it was announced she was cast as Kate Kane she was seen as not gay enough. Her entire reason for leaving was because of so called fans attacking her sexuality in a backlash because she was playing an openly gay lead superhero. If they wanted to change things about the comics to fit into the show, go for it; no one is stopping them; but when they change something as iconic as one of the first openly gay main characters in the DCU they will have to be able to back up this change and give a great deal of reasons why. Because at the end of the day it was their decision to make the gay heroin into a TV series.

“Almost Every” as in not all shows have to have a obligatory love interest who people can spot a mile away every time they are introduced. My counter was focused on the male aspect because OP was complaining about the fact Kate Kane happens to be a “lesbian stereotype”, which for the instance of this show yes her character has to be a lesbian because that is how her character is written in the comic books, along with being a well trained strong female character. I do not hate love interests in shows, I hate people complaining about stereotypes when it’s not always the case and the stereotype that they see is actually gay representation that does not get the same treatment as heterosexual representation. That only thing I know for certain is that this will likely be the first show where they can not kill off every single lesbian love interest as other shows do and have done in the past - but I already feel as if they are going to wave the magical make her straight wand and turn them all into suddenly not lesbians.

Careful with this, someone might assume you’re trying to take something away from the new version and rip you a new a$$h0l3 for no reason.

All these unnecessary comments about her sexuality is disheartening. For a CW show it’s pretty on par with everything else that airs on the network. Kinda cheesy but worth it. I was only reluctant because I was unfamiliar with ruby rose as an actress but I feel like it could get better 1 episode is not enough to completely write her off but hopefully it will get better. Story wise not very complicated too easy to understand but as I said before it’s the CW what do you expect. Look PEOPLE are gay get over it everyone’s experiences has the right to be shown on tv I don’t see the big deal in her being a lesbian no one cared in 2006 but now all of a sudden she’s a beloved character that cant be changed? y’all weren’t even alive in the 50’s to bring that version up how pathetic. I love the seedy motel location as much as I do the stories they are telling. I can smell that warm So Cal air. I am a fan of Billy Bob Thornton but somebody please pinch him now and then to give his character a little more oomph. I appreciate laid back but come on. 7/10

Wow! The trailer was good and it will be interesting to see this in the time period that it was wrote in! I wrote a paper for a college history class about Orson Welles radio broadcast of The War of the Worlds and how people on the east coast reacted! Many thought Hitler was invading the USA! Eleanor Tomlinson plays Amy in this BBC series and if you’re a Poldark fan, you will recognize her as Demelza Poldark. She is a great actress and can’t wait to watch this mini-series! How mind blowing could it be to see flying machines in the 1890’s? H.G. Wells had an incredible mind and imagination too!
