Yep itās a crossover episode. We get live action Mariner and Boimler on the Enterprise.

I liked this one. Had a couple drawbacks to it, but was actually pretty good.
I agree with you. Very ruthless in his actions. I think everything was always destined to fail. So what was the point of it all? If they come up with some spin off, I donāt think I will tune it. It would just be more of the same.
EZ was the informant but he was only informing on Galindo/cartel. He stayed true to the MC so it makes no sense that they wouldnāt give him the benefit of the doubt. Crackhead cop was ambitious/arrogant and pyschotic. Why would creeper believe anything she has to say. Same goes for Bishop. Bishop was pissed that EZ took over and did what he said he was going to do. Letās say no else died, where would the MC be? The crazy mercs would just come and annihilate everyone anyways. A lot of people view EZ as the villain. He was definitely an anti-hero. Villains donāt help anyone but themselves. Time and time again, we were shown that EZ still had good in him despite everything (even killing Gaby).
I understand what youāre saying, but in that world a ratās still a rat, full stop, and look at how he betrayed Creeper to keep his cover, and eventually got him killed. THATāS why he died, more then anything else, was getting a brother killed. Yeah, he was the anti hero, and he still had (maybe, for some people) some good in him, but he was still a murdering Futhermucker, who would kill whoever he needed to that got in his way.
That being said, he was still driven into that. If he wasnāt, there would have been peace, and not war, which was never something he wanted. Or looked for. But when it came, his response was totally ruthlessā¦
What a terrible ending. All that for nothing. Everyone dead except Angel. Proves you really need good writers for a show like this.
Yeah, agreed. Said about the same thing, just a little less. Just a horrible ending for nearly everybody. Could have worked it out differently. Good that they finally found out that Angel was a rat, that needed to happen, but the restā¦
Well, that was a pretty horrible ending for nearly everybodyā¦
Wishful thinking for sure!! but it wouldnt be the first time Red used misdirection to achieve a higher goal. :-)
Nothing wishful, and no misdirection, he totally destroyed everything, gave most of his empire away to his most loyal friends, knowing he was dying, even the way he gathered information and the analog methods he used were exposed to the FBI. there was nothing left for an enemy to get hold of after his death. All goneā¦he made very sure of it.
Maybe Agnes inherits the Reddington empire and the blacklist. She just picks up where red left off but she comes off as more of a Sydney Bristow (Alias) type chartacter.
Nothing to inherit, he dismantled the whole thing over the course of the last few episodes. And he WAS the Blacklist, got rid of his enemies and a lot of the people he just flat out didnāt like, and for good reason, a lot of them were just pure evil to start with, and he was in a good position to get rid of them for good, and have someone else do it for him. Nothing for Agnes to doā¦.
Wouldnāt be surprised if when she got older the wasnāt some big surprise bank account waiting for her though, but of course thatās just pure fantasyā¦.
Well, that was interesting. Started off way different then what I expected, but ended with me expecting another much better movie.
Now thatās what I call a happy ending, and this was worth watchingā¦
The best thing you could do is stop reading other peopleās reviews and go watch the movie. Give it a chance if you like science fiction.
Thatās why a lot of times I watch it anyway. Noticed a lot of times people have no clue what they are watching, or even why anymore, and for the most part, they have lost sight of how a good story is even told. I have to actually cringe for real sometimes when I see people post at times about āfiller episodesā, and then other people do the same thing just to be āpart of the freaking packā, like they have some need to fit in or something.
Itās like often if there is not enough flash-bang, then it just canāt seem to hold peoples interest in the show, so of course it has to be a āfiller episodeā. Sometimes there is backstory that fills holes, or other parts of the story that needs telling that the rest wonāt make sense that needs telling before you can get to the rest of the action for it to make any sense. Canāt just have non stop action all of the time in every episode of every show of something. Well, maybe on some things, if they are designed to be that way, but not everything is, some things are written to have a story to them.
Thing is, people are so spoiled with all the action and so forth that they just lost touch with the ability in most cases to have the patience with having an actual story told to them. Canāt stand to have an episode that will tell them part of the actual story. I actually LIKE those episodes just as much as the ones that are full of action, as I like the story lines as well, too bad that people donāt get that, but thatās a bit of a different animal.
I will grant, however, that rant being ranted, that on occasion, there does seem to be every once in a bit that random episode that is totally meaningless, just shouldnāt be there, writers minds took a walk, and probably never should have come back kind of episode, and never in a million should have been aired. They happen, and we all get bored to tears, and they are well and truly filler to the core. I think those are kind of rare, thankfullyā¦.But thatās just me, just another armchair critic thatās taken way too many shots to the head over the years, and no doubt a few too many of Tequila as wellā¦š
He was really good in this https://www.primewire.tf/movie/411786-extinction
Just watched the trailer, and put it on my āto watchā list, but scoped out the 2 people that posted on it and they both said it sucked, but have seen that a lot and wound up liking movies that others said sucked, so thereās that. Trailer looked pretty good. Gonna give it a shot when I get a chance, you aināt led me wrong yet..šŖ
āA Jack Ryan spin-off is reportedly in production at Amazon Studios. The first news about the Jack Ryan spin-off was first reported in 2022. At the time, there was no firm concept or a script, but the producers perceived there might be some interest in more stories set in the world built by Tom Clancy.ā I could see Michael Pena and Michael Kelly and Wendell Pierce in a spinoff and I like the character Domingo āDingā Chavez that Pena portrays.
Yeah, I do too. Would like to see more of him, heās an interesting guy. Would like to see more of how he got to be the way he is, and how he learned to operate the way he does. Would really hate to be on his bad sideā¦
On the one hand, this was a great way to end it, a lot of good shows donāt get this, but sure would have liked another season of this, sad to see it end.
My thought on the ending is that it was fine. He was slowly shutting down his empire, saying his goodbyes. Whatever his illness was he knew he was going to die. So he did what he did to take control how and went out on his terms.
Well, thinking that bull caught him by surprise, you could see it in his eyes, but there was no fear, just resignation. He was dying anyway, and just faced it down like he did everything else. Just disappointed the writers didnāt come up with something better. Seems a bit lazy to me, and thinking Red deserved better. Would have rather he walked away clean, actuallyā¦.But would have still liked to know what he was dying from.
I think what happened is somebody had a hairbrained idea and they ran with it. James Spader did a phenomenal job but I think he was ready to move on. I think after season 8 we werenāt going to get the resolution we wanted.
Yeah, that does seem to be the way of it a lot of the time, just like the way they ended the last season of Dexter, really hated that, then they I am told ended the other one rather badly, I was watching that but never did watch the last 2 episodes, I was warned that they really messed that up, and that the ending would right tick me off, so I took the hint and to this day I never bothered to watch the ending. Figured I would leave off where I was and call it a fond memory.
Spader was excellent in this, and Reddington most certainly deserved much better then what he got in the endā¦
What I really hated is that we never knew what sickness he had. Was he really Katerina?
That, and the way he died, it just wasnāt a fitting end for him, just not fitting at all. They could have done better than that, for real.
Was a good part one, guess we have to wait a bit for the second part.
Oh, man, what an ending! Wonder how long Iām going to have to wait now for the rest of the season?
Have to admit, as much as I have been getting kind of burned out on the whole zombie thing, I would kind of like to see this oneā¦
Heck of an episode. Season has had more twists and turns this time around then a freaking slinky. Loving it!
I think most of the complaints are coming from devotees of the books. never having read the books, I can take this for what it is, and so far, itās great!
Iāve never read them either, but whatās going on from what I understand is thisā¦The guy that is playing the Geralt now, Henry Cavill, is a big fan of the books and such, to a very great extent. That being said, he wanted to stay with the series as written, but the people writing and directing and producing the show wanted to stray from the original content and go in a different direction then what the books and such went.
Both he and the fans are rebelling against that, and in a big way. Cavell knew being on the inside how far they were going to stray from the original content of the books, and tried for a good bit to get them to stay with the original content, which is what made the show so popular with a lot of the fan base, and the people in charge refused to listen to him, and he liked the original so much that he refused to renew his contract with them, a he felt that they were going to destroy the show anyway with the content change.
That being said, I really liked the first 2 seasons, and also this 3rd one, and have never read any of the books. And not having read them, but knowing that they are based on the original content, Iām starting to think that if Cavell thinks this strongly about it, then might be they should leave well enough alone and stay with this as it was originally written, as itās so good already. A lot of times Producers and Directors take that āartistic licenseā they seem to think they have way too far and ruin something that was already perfectly good to start with. This might be one of those things.
I will give the 4th season a shot, when it comes out, just on general principals, but I am not expecting it to be as good as the first 3 seasons. Just my opinion based on what has been said in several articles about this, and past experience watching shows made from bookās by really good authors that people got hold of and they changed way too much and just destroyed it, when they should have left well enough aloneā¦
My 2 cents, anyway, for what itās worthā¦
Man, what a slamminā first episode! Love this show, but donāt think I ever watched one that made me want to see it renewed for another season right from the start of a season. Hit it right out of the park with the starter this one didā¦.
I liked this episode, and might be some dissent in the ranks for me saying it, but methinks myself that this one was actually Star Trek worthy.
Besides Chris Pine, our favorite non-Shatner interpretation of Kirk is Vic Mignogna. Our kids especially like him. Mostly an anime voice actor, this short-lived fan series is a genuine love letter to the original staff who put Trek together. They consulted them rigorously on everything from lightning to types of fabric that was used, and that rigor shows since it really does look as if it were filmed in 1966.
Has the late Grant Imahara from Mythbusters as Sulu, Jimmy Dohanās son Chris as Scotty, and a whole lot of really great guests from Star Trek itself and other actors such as Lou Ferrigno. Itās a good series that attempts to finish the original 5 year mission. It was shut down due to legalities, so the mission went unfinished after a season. Whatās done is top-notch all the way.
Agreed, so sad to see that this had to end, they were doing such a great jobā¦
It could have been much better. I could stand the idea of a twiggy woman battling it out in hand to hand combat against a dozen of heavy men, but I couldnāt stand all the jumping back and forth in the timeline. Itās just pointless and confusing.
Wasnāt for me. I have watched a few movies where they did this, and you have to pay close attention to what they are doing and watch the plot closely. I was sitting in front of the laptop by myself and having one of my rare lucid moments and was just in the right mood to to pay attention to it this time.
If you do that with a movie like this it can be really clear, and make sense. If Iām not mistaken, they have done some of this with a couple of the Mission Impossible movies as well, backtracked and shown how some things worked out.
Finally gor around to actually watching this, was a pretty good movie, really liked it.
Heās done a few movies that I really like

Believe it or not, a lot of those I have already seen, but there was one that I have not, the racing one, canāt remember the name just off the top of my head but found it on YouTube, we didnāt have it here, but saved it for āwatch laterā there, and will check it out, was a full movie, trailer looked pretty good. Thanks for that. Had no idea he did Elysium, really surprised me!
Blomkamp has plenty of money if he wanted to expand any of his creations.
I think heās just having fun playing.
Agreed, I noticed he has a lot of links on YouTube to a lot of stuff and has a lot of fans, he could do a lot of stuff if he really wanted to, and itās really too bad he donāt do something with it, aside from the shorts, he could really turn holly weird on itās head, get a great following and make a ton of money to boot at the same timeā¦.
If youāre into space docking youāll like this one: https://www.primewire.tf/movie/1422596-migrants-short-2020 and
God lording over Africa: https://www.primewire.tf/movie/202693-god-serengeti-short-2017
First one was really cool, just goes to show what people can do with just a little bit when they really set their minds to it. Second one was cool, but was also kinda messed up, wonāt say why, as it would have to be a spoiler, donāt want to mess it up for anyone that has not seen it yet, but was worth watching. Would really have rather watched the older Southerland have played God though, and let him flesh it out some. That would have been interestingā¦

Thanks. Yes, I do know and Iāve posted a couple other shorts in the past.
God: Serengeti comes to mind. And Migrants.
Good one Alien, not much into shorts, but these peeps should take this and get the funding to turn this into a full movieā¦excellent stuff here!
Damn! This WAS a good movie, canāt believe I honestly donāt remember watching it, but really donāt remember it. Putting this up as a spoiler on account of saying this, as I have to say that some of the more intense fight scenes remind me of a couple of the ones I remember from the Black Widow fights with Natasha, and was wondering if the people that choreographed those were also involved with the fight scenes here?
Clearly you have to suspend reality a bit for some of the fight scenes, just like you would for the ones in the Black Widow fights, but in a way, thatās kind of the point, itās not really about reality, itās about enjoying the moment, and watching the movie, and getting away from everything else for a moment. Thatās what a good movie is supposed to do for you if you just let it, and I think this is what this one did for me.
Glad I watched this for the second time. Good watch.
Just watched the trailer for this, and then looked at the comments, and seems like I watched this, and do have it on my āwatchedā list, but honestly donāt remember watching it, but from the trailer I thought it looked pretty cool. Gonna go and watch it again, just for grins. I seemed to have liked it the first time around, so why the heck not, yeah?
Well, I have to admit, that was a lot better then I expected. Pretty good addition to the rest of the franchise, was actually pretty good overall.
In case anyone is interested, I got curious and had to go look, on account of some of the stuff in the movie, like the old school tvās, and the phones and such, and itās supposed to take place in 1969. Thought that might be a bit of movie trivia that some of you might be interested in that not everybody knew. Didnāt know it myself until I stopped a bit to go look it up. And Harrison Ford is now 80. Doing pretty good for a guy that age. Gotta really hand it to the old guy.
I watched the entire series years ago at the time I was watching all the Stargate series. It seemed a natural path to take since Ben Browder was in both. Of course, he did Farscape first.
Yup! Think thatās what really kick started his acting career. Then he got the gig in the āgate, and did really well in that. Looked him up just now, and he did some guest roles in one of the Doctor Who series as a bad guy, as well as some episodes of Arrow as a bad guy, then was in two movies, Dead Still and Robo Rex, and was in another movie called Outlaws and Angels, which was a western. Was born in ā62, same age as meā¦
maybe they could use muppets..
